The Courier & Warehouse Associate is responsible for the secure pick-up, transport, and delivery of client documents, as well as assisting with daily warehouse operations. The Courier & Warehouse Associate is a professional, detail-oriented individual who values accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service. Attendance is critical for this position.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate company vehicle for local courier routes, ensuring secure and timely document pick-up and delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries and pick-ups.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Handle and transport confidential materials with discretion, following security protocols.
• Assist in warehouse functions including receiving, inventory, staging, packing, and preparing documents for scanning/digitization.
• Organize and maintain warehouse space to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and adhere to safety standards.
• Support team members with additional operational tasks as needed.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license withclean driving record
• Previous experience in courier, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work.
